Refund & Returns Policy

At Deutschland vape shop , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights and our procedures in line with German and EU consumer protection laws.

 14-Day Right of Withdrawal 

As a customer in Germany, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you  receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at alfakherfumottorandovapeshopgermany.de with a clear statement of your decision 

 Returns Process

  1. Contact our support team to request a return.

  2. Pack the unused and unopened items securely.

  3. Send the package to the return address we provide.

Important: For health and safety reasons, opened e-liquids, disposable vapes, or used devices cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, unless the item is defective.

 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

 Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

  • Opened or used disposable vapes and e-liquids

  • Products not in their original packaging

  • Items returned beyond the 14-day withdrawal period

 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
